The hotel decor is amazing. It is a spectacle. i found the room clean. the breakfast offered a wide variety. the pool area had fantastic service, and the staff was always friendly.
i found the minibar in the suite to be empty upon arrival.

The room included bathrobes and slippers. housekeeping brought requested items promptly. the bed was nice, and i slept very well. the room was spacious. It provided ample room to move around.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The decor was elegant. I got upgraded, it was a very nice gesture.
The room service was very POOR, i asked several times to bring extra cups for coffee. They did not provide a show horn or bottle opener in the room. I will never go back to this hotel.

My room featured a comfortable king bed. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found the room spacious and clean. It suited my needs well.
The city view from my window was not excellent. The towels at the pool had some noticeable stains. This was a bit disappointing.
